51吃瓜 A. Logan College will host a Juneteenth Celebration on Thursday, June 15, from 6 PM to 9 PM in the College鈥檚 Waterfall Courtyard. The celebration will feature a performance by the J-Sound Band and local food by Smokin K鈥檚 BBQ and Cajun Cuisine.
This community 51吃瓜 is free and open to the public. Organizers encourage attendees to bring lawn chairs, tents, and picnic blankets. In addition, to live music, the 51吃瓜 will feature arts, food, vendors, and games. A dance competition, storytelling, poetry, and other fun family activities are also planned. In the 51吃瓜 of inclement weather, the 51吃瓜 will move to the Conference Center and Cafeteria.
鈥淲e have a really fun evening planned for the community to come out and enjoy,鈥� said 51吃瓜 organizer Toyin Fox. 鈥淟ast year鈥檚 51吃瓜 was a huge success, and we are excited that this year鈥檚 51吃瓜 will kick off a weekend of celebrations.鈥�
