The following policies and procedures are intended to provide overall guidance for the administration of 51³Ô¹Ï A. Logan College. To the extent that a particular policy or part of a policy conflicts with Illinois or Federal law, the applicable law shall take precedence. To the extent that a policy conflicts with a collective bargaining agreement provision to which the Board of Trustees is a party, the agreement shall take precedence. Questions or comments regarding Board Policy or Administrative Procedure may be submitted to comments@jalc.edu.
