Freedom of Information (FOIA)
The provides that all persons are entitled to full and complete information regarding the affairs of government and the official acts and policies of those who represent them as public officials and public employees consistent with the terms of this Act.
The College accepts FOIA requests for information during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays). Requests submitted electronically after normal business hours are considered received by the College on the next business day.
