On November 14, 2015 AUCA鈥檚 student television group AUCA TV was awarded 鈥淏est Social Youth Project of the Year鈥� by Jashtar Camp 2015, held in the Kyrgyz National Library.

On December 5th, 2015,听AUCA鈥檚 business consulting group supported by USAID and the AUCA Career Center will be holding the 鈥淪TUDENT FOCUS鈥� forum intended for student entrepreneurship.

On November 20, 2015 NATO Liaison Officer/Head of Office in Central Asia Ms. Rosaria Puglisi visited AUCA.听At AUCA, Puglisi saw the NATO Multimedia Corner and the University Library.

On November 26, 2015, AUCA will be celebrating Thanksgiving Day.听Members of the AUCA community are invited to pen their own personal 鈥渢hankyous鈥� (be it to their parents, professors, friends, pets, etc.) and place them on the 鈥淭hanksgiving Boards鈥� now up in the main forum.

On 18 November, 2015 four Anthropology students received the Mary Schweitzer Scholarship for Excellence in Cultural Anthropology.听The winners are听Aidai Kadyralieva,听Gulnura Akylbekova,听Aisuluu Akhmetova, and听Altynai Abdrakhmanova.

On November 6th of 2015, the AUCA Student Senate held elections with an electronic voting system and a biometric system of authentication. 10 students听were elected to听the Student Senate.

The Shared Service Center (SSC), a new office at AUCA, is pleased to announce a new functionality in registrar and financial services, including academic applications, academic forms, consultation on how to use Cash-in terminals, and some more.
