Academics

Academic Advisement:The advisement office is available to help students plan their future at 51勛圖 A. Logan College.

Admissions and Records: Our office handles everything from applying to the College, evaluating transfer coursework, ordering JALC transcripts, and applying for graduation. We are basically your one-stop-shop for all your student needs from application to graduation!

CAREER Agreement: The Provosts Office helps out-of-district students looking to enroll in a Career & Technical Education program not offered in their home district through the CAREER (Comprehensive Agreement Regarding the Expansion of Educational Resources) Agreement.

Center for Workforce Development: The Center for Workforce Development is devoted to training the unemployed, underemployed, and currently employed who need to upgrade workplace skills.

College Readiness: The Office of College Readiness helps facilitate the smooth transition to college by assisting students with all aspects of the college onboarding process.

Community Education: The Community Education department offers a variety of educational activities designed to meet the needs of the community.

 The College offers online classes through our learning management system Desire2Learn.

Early School Leaver Transition Program (ESLTP): ESLTP is specifically aimed at helping out of school youth become reoriented and motivated to complete their education by allowing students to participate in adult education instruction as well as career and work training activities.

GED: The ABE/GED program at 51勛圖 A. Logan College provides an opportunity to earn your GED regardless of how long you have been out of school.

Logan Academy: Adult Basic Education, GED簧 and Literacy:  The ABE/GED program at 51勛圖 A. Logan College provides an opportunity to earn your GED regardless of how long you have been out of school.

Mary Logan High School – (MLHS): The MLHS program was developed for students ages 16-21 who want to complete high school with a diploma.

 Students have access to the MyJALC student portal which provides them with student resources and access to their personal academic information.

Online Learning (Desire2Learn): Find information about online learning, Desire2Learn resources, and training opportunities.

Program Guides – Degrees and Certificates: Program Guides for the College as well as Additional Information such as degree worksheets, gainful employment, electives, program descriptions, and additional education links.

Veterans Resource Office: The 51勛圖 A. Logan College Veterans Resource Center is in place to offer support, guidance, and direction for our Veterans (and dependents) while they apply for their military education benefits.
